His expertise lies in Strategic and Planning around Marketing, Sales, Business, and Management. As a Business Advisor he has worked on few niche areas like Blue Ocean Strategy, Business Model Integration, Social Media Planning, Business Launch Strategy, Brand Planning, and Integrated Market Planning.

What Strategist has to do for Tech project? He would be engaged as a strategic and process consultant on this project and will act as one of the key connectors between business and technology side of things.

A Technology (B.Tech) grad by qualification, Consultant by experience, and Process guy by skill, he comes with a decade of experience in Industry. An excellent communicator who has worked with diversified teams, is passionate about Technology, and carries multiple success stories are some of the words that defines him. He could be easily found learning tricks of trade and adopting technology naturally. Having set up and exited a successful tech venture, helped various organizations in getting the process right is something that makes him a natural choice as a “Program & Process Manager” for our engagements.

He is in charge of managing the entire project and team, setting up the process, and making sure that the work gets executed in best possible manner. He is also a point of contact for any ongoing query and discussion with client teams.

A blend of technology and management, he’s someone who has been actively engaged with industry giants, like Accenture, Oracle, and helped them with setting up a center of excellence around Salesforce. He comes with an experience of single handedly helping a 501 (c) (3) organization understand Salesforce, implement the same, and seamless adoption of the cloud.

With almost 9 years of experience, he is one of the early talents carrying extensive knowledge on SaaS platforms and Salesforce clouds. He has successfully worked and delivered projects around Sales cloud (CRM), Data migration on Salesforce CRM, application integration to Salesforce, and Force.com development for fortune clients.

Having Masters in Computer Application (MCA) and as a certified professional, he would be engaged as a Technical Lead cum Architect on this project. He would act as a constant touch point between the client and the tech team, ensuring seamless delivery without any bottlenecks.

With an ability to analyze, design, customize, and manage CRM, he is a preferred choice for the role of Sr. Developer. He comes with 8 years of rigorous experience in Tech industry out of which 4 years is on Salesforce.com platform and its suite of clouds. He has worked with fortune clients to SMBs on various capabilities around Salesforce, not limited to implementing sales and service cloud, migration of CRM to sales cloud, creating Salesforce instances, and requirement gathering.

He gets engaged as a Sr. developer on projects, making sure the constituent management system gets customized as per the client need.

As a Salesforce certified developer DEV 401, Salesforce.com certified administrator ADM 201, Sales & Service cloud consultant, and an experienced trainer, he is a second senior developer who would be engaged on this project. From functional designing to technical implementation to third party app integration to resolving clients’ queries, he is just another rock star of our team. Rohit would be another key People making sure the project gets executed in best possible manner, maintaining the company’s motto of value driven association.

He carries a total work experience of 5 years which is entirely on the Salesforce.com.

They are the Hunky and Dory of our team who makes any project execution a hunky dory for us and the client. They would be engaged as a connector and enabler on this project, ensuring we connect the right dots and enabling a seamless work progress. He is a DEV 401, DEV 501, ADM 201, ADM 301, Service & Sales cloud certified consultant.

They come with years of technical experience working on Salesforce and have seen various projects getting successfully executed to completion and satisfaction.

She is one of the most important linchpin of the team. No application or code could be made bug free without her help and expertise. She has developed a good taste for bugs and could be found with all guns ready for removing the same.
